My son is 7 now. He used to come here for childcare when he was 2-4. Here for about 2 years. I love the staff at Susan’s they are so welcoming. I became very close to Michelle the first Director when we started going here & then Ann was the second and last when we left aswell, Jacquie who was the receptionist when we started going here but had sadly left during Covid. I could always trust the girls here when something would happen they would always inform me about it and do an incident report. All the workers were lovley here. Brittany used to always plait my sons hair it was so beautiful. I was very upset when we had to leave Susana’s. But I highly recommend taking your kid/kids here. If we still lived close to Susana’s I would have taken my second born here. Thankyou for a lovley exsperience Susana’s.
Susanna early learning is a great for your children to learn and grow, since being at Susanna’s my children have learnt so much and love going there not only to learn but to also get together with the children and amazing staff, the staff at Susanna’s are so kind and respectful, when you need help teaching your children new achievements and milestones they are willing to help to the best of their ability, I would highly recommend Susanna’s early learning to all parents & children amazing environment
My son has done really well at Uniting Susanna. His speech has improved a lot and he is doing great socially! The amazing educators are so kind and nurturing that he also wants to go to the centre on his days off. 🙂
Uniting Susanna is a lovely little centre! The staff are caring and friendly and the centre has a lovely homely feel.
A big thank you miss Anne ( director ) for making my son so happy when he goes to care, to miss Rashmi for her help with transition and settling in and miss Anjum for her detailed handovers in the afternoon!
Would recommend 100%
Very lovely staff, my daughter has a disability which affects her speech and walking, I couldn't of asked for anywhere better! My daughter has started to talk more and walk more since she started there..
Teachers are very caring and empathetic. The place is a good size room which is a plus because they won't lose your child. They have visibility of your children at all times. The chef makes really yummy food and plenty of healthy snacks. The play area is safe but nice enough with a touch of nature. They have a sandpit, soft play, climbing frames, some rocks and bike path. They also take in kids from fostered homes and kids wirh special needs.
Such a warm, inviting, homely and friendly place. No issues at all. My babyK loves it too.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Great Work.
I had to pull out my son due to poor care, unproductive, misleading and can not be trusted. The bond they taken would not want you to get it back. Beware of this centre.
The staff at Uniting Susana's are welcoming, caring and kind. We have been there for a year now and it is a small, cosy and homely centre. It doesn't have modern facilities but you can instantly feel the welcoming and warm vibe. When my then 2yo son first started, he was extremely attached to me, spoke to no one and only played by himself. Now he is 3yo and he is beginning to speak more, interact with everyone, sit down to do activities and he sits down to eat together with everyone. I mention sit down alot because he hardly ever sits down - he is a very active child!
Michelle, Jacqui, Brittany, Jill, Neha, Bishu, Nikolina and Deb are some of the educators and staff who make leaving your child in someone else's care less daunting! They are all warm, friendly, reassuring and professional.
Thank you especially to Michelle Wassel and Jaqueline Johnson for going above and beyond for our son and our family!
I would definitely recommend the Uniting Susana's Earling Learning community!
