Country Life Child Care Centre

Bad environment, no professionalism, poor quality. Do not recommend

They don’t provide the meals what’s in the menu. Cook/owner make things up as she goes. Parents believe what the menu says is actually going to the children but it is not. She sometimes provide stale sandwiches to the children. She sells eggs from the centre hens, saying she uses that money for children’s food. When children ask for egg sandwiches she says “I can’t give you egg sandwiches every time”. But she eats everyday. She gives vegemite, jam Or backed beans sandwiches only.
There are NO paper towels for children to wipe their hands specially this COVID season. Every time she says “It is onback order” for the last 6 months. Poor children had  to wipe their hands on their pants.
She rarely give a lunch break for the staff. Everyone scared to ask for lunch break because it is “PAID” lunch break. They had to sit with the children and have their lunch break even working very long 9-10 hour day shift.
I do not recommend this place to any parent who wants to enroll their child or a staff who wants to work there.
Owner Rochelle thinks she is flawless-less but she is like an old car salesman

I found Country Life to be a warm and caring environment. The staff and educators are all friendly and Rochelle the owner is very engaging and genuinely cares about the children, their learning outcomes and quality of the service they provide.

Some of the staff are not friendly and welcoming, one particular staff member does not even say hello or acknowledge you. The owner never makes any effort to interact with you. They also have a ridicules policy where they send your child home when they 'JUST' have a runny nose. i have canceled my child's enrollment, would not recommend.

My son is allergic to nuts and dairy products and Country life Centre and the teachers made sure all the environment is suitable for him. Love their work and dedication. Next year my son will be graduating to Kinder Garden and all thanks to effort of the teachers and daycare centre to make this happen.

I love this daycare ,they have chickens in their premises. Every morning my son wants to go there even though he goes there  only for 2 days 🤣 . It's very rare to find a daycare where educators treat each and every child like there own I'm very happy with all of them specially Mrs Dlani , she goes out of her way to help the kids . My son wears  patka(a type of head gear which sikh boys wear) she actually learnt how to tie it so that if he opens it she could tie it for him. I really want to thank all the staff member for helping him and looking after him. Thanks a lot .
