My daughter just changed from this Daycare and I’m so glad I chose the right move! My daughter is a soft spoken girl and some of the teachers there were too harsh and showed so much stress on the kids! Even in front of us parents! She hated going and became shy, they didn’t help her with confidence no matter how many times I told them she needs to have abit more soft support. One time at a Mothers tea afternoon, the kids were performing songs to us and my poor daughter was pulled down by the arm told to “sit Sienna!” When all she wanted to do was join the other kids who were singing baby shark! As soon as the teacher saw me at the back she immediately told Sienna to get up and sing with the rest of the kids. Now I understand looking after a lot of children can be stressful and mistakes may happen, but some teachers at the DayCare were just not expectable at all! Not as caring as they should be, and not treating each child unique. All they do is scream at them!
And just to top it off and make things abit more annoying for me THEY HAVNT GIVEN BACK MY BOND! I’ve continuously emailed the owner Lienna, the Italian lady, and she has not replied to me whatsoever! I’m asking for my bond and she seems to be ignoring me clearly since cancelling my daughters enrollement was so smooth and I got fast replies. I have to now go into the Daycare tomorrow and sort this out, (whilst 35 weeks pregnant) 🙄

My daughter has started at Ready 2 Learn in Riverstone, she’s been there only for one day and came to pick her up with a big smile on her face! The teachers communicated with me so well! And Sienna wanted to go again which amazed me!
I’m so happy I’ve changed her from this Daycare, it’s the best choice I’ve made for my 3 nearly 4 year old, she has so much more confidence!

My son used to go to the kids world kindey Quakers Hill childcare, it was long time ago, but still can't forget how bad was that childcare, it was a very bad experience for us, unprofessional staff, very bad service, they don't really care about the kids, they don't look after them...I don't recommend it to anyone, when I go to pick up my son I see his face, hand s, clothes are very dirty, his nose is not wiped, he smells very bad...I was shocked when I saw him like that, and this was happening everyday

they also mix all classes  twice a day, as they don't have enough staff, the older kids hit the younger,  push them, and there was a rough kid from the older class pushed my son hard on the floor " on his head " they didn't have carpet, so it was on the floor..my son was only 11 months old...it was infornt of me in the morning when I dropped him off...I didn't go to work that day, was very worried about my son, not a safe place to leave my son in
I was already talking to one of the staff to watch that rough kid because I always see him pushing and hitting the other kids, and they didn't care about what I said..and it just happened straight after when I was there talking to the staff.

the boss was not nice at all and didn't even apologise, she told me if you are not happy with our service move your son to another childcare, she was so rude, she only cared about her business
I am writing this to the other parents to think hundred times before they put their children in that childcare
I moved my son to another childcare, the staff there are very very good and very professional...not like the other one

Very happy. High level of care and fabulous staff.

Kids World Kindy Child Care Centres and Preschools are privately owned and operated. The first Kids World Kindy Service was established in western Sydney in 1995. Management has more than 20 years’ experience in providing high quality care and educational programs.
