I do not recommend this service - they made decisions about my child based on gossip if they could attend an excursion, I pushed the issue extensively and they allowed attendance where they enjoyed themselves and had a good day. They sould be unbiased and inclusive. Their staff are just too young and inexperienced, led by exclusionary practices instead of inclusive ones. My child received zero additional support for sensitive child. I warned them about my child and another being together, so within short amount of time, they sat back and watched that play out. Despite being threatened by the other child, my child was the one asked to leave. Stories were made up about my child contradicting the written incident report as well as my child’s recount. There is way too much red tape instead of connection with the children or even supervising them!! They did not proactively seek additional support for children who needed it. - untidy grounds where sharp objects regularly found by my child (sharpeners lying around, sewing needles!). The centre and staff are way too regimented and compliance based, the kids don’t like it. They are there to have fun, enjoy each other, not constantly be pulled up for ‘doing the wrong thing’ when they aren’t. Childcare should be fun! This is the first centre my children have refused to attend out of a huge range. The centre and the leaders have refused to acknowledge failures in their business, policies and procedures. The centre and their leaders have no idea about inclusion. They desperately need some professional development. The kids are paying the price This centre drastically negatively affected my son’s life. They should be ashamed of themselves.
