The team there is incredible! They are so nurturing and provide thoughtful and engaging activities for the kids. It’s amazing how much my daughter is learning everyday there!

I previously gave this place a glowing 5 star review.

However, As the other reviewer said below, they’re “great if nothing goes wrong”.

I really thought the educators and frontline team were brilliant. I was a strong advocate right up until the day I had a minor issue.

When I tried to resolve a minor issue we were having by contacting the head office, we were treated with contempt by the business and experienced an appalling outcome for our child.

The most important thing when choosing a child care service is trust, and based upon what I experienced, Sadly, I can no longer recommend or endorse this company.

So good with my kids. They literally treat them like family. Would recommend to everyone. The new director Amy is absolutely amazing & I hope she stays on for a long long time.
