Kids' Early Learning Blacktown City Minchinbury

Today was my child's last day at the centre after attending for the past two years. Initially, I was unsure how to feel about the centre given that there weren't enough reviews to go by and a proper orientation wasn't available to us (due to Covid restrictions at the time). However, the communication from staff was thorough and positive, which spurred us to proceed with enrolling our child at the centre. The areas are clean and safe, providing children sufficient opportunity to explore, learn, and play. I can say with pleasure that we are so grateful for the work that the educators do here. They are amazing and their work shouldn't go unrecognised. They're observant, communicative, caring, supportive, and generous with their time toward the children and parents. My child's confidence and sense of self has developed significantly due to the partnership with these educators, and he is well and truly ready to start formal education next year.

I happy that the place got renovated and the way it looks nice

This "childcare" centre allowed my daughter to fall into a coma (claiming that she had fallen asleep with her face in a plate of food). In order to divert attention from their culpable neglect they accused her mother of "depriving [my daughter] of sleep" & shaking her. They did this despite observing paramedics attending to my daughter and taking her away (still in a coma) to a hospital AND with full knowledge that my daughter had a history of hypoglycaemia, what to look out for and what to do. I therefore advise that no-one who worked in this centre at that time ever be permitted to be in the care of any child!!! If I could award "negative 5 stars" I would not hesitate to do so
