Both my children have attended the centre from Nursery to primary school and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Great, freshly made food, dedicated team and management who continuously go above and beyond. The centre has good hygiene practices and I always felt really well informed with what was happening in my children’s rooms and throughout the service.
We have had the best experience with our little one and her going to daycare the educators are wonderful and go above and beyond!
Great centre, my son has been going here for a while now and I have nothing but great things to say. My son is happy and I am always getting updates on the app on what he is up to during to day and the great food he eats during the day. Eats better than I do.
I had been on wait list 2020 still now 2023 . Three year wait list .really ! Very very suspicious about there services.
I honestly cannot stress enough how much I do NOT recommend this daycare. Extremely under staffed, to the point they cancel days. The teachers are making my child more brainless as the months go on. They don't listen to my toilet training requests as my child keeps having accidents. The list goes on!
The staff are professional, and keep my child’s development and best interests at the centre of everything they do. The food is always fresh and they offer a great variety. The cook also involves the children in meal preparation, and provides take home recipes for parents. My son loves his friends, and his educators at Greenwood Katoomba
Hundreds of dollars spent for my child on shoes and equipment all are missing, Greenwood Katoomba is also rude to parents and they do not follow correct policy and proceedure. Greenwood Katoomba is not at all up to national standards for a childcare centre in NSW this was verified for me by a third party organisation. They let my child go to someone who documented and on camera irrate and irrational, Greenwood Katoomba made zero effort to contact me or my emergency contact they also did not notify police as it happened.
Having been unsure when we changed our daughter to Greenwood our reservations were quickly non existent. Still to date the best Centre I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Since moving out of area 18mths ago my daughter still misses the staff and friends she made. I’m so grateful she will forever have such fond memories of Greenwood Katoomba.
