Hello everyone! My name is Nafeela Rizvi and I am the Centre Director of Goodstart Early Learning Nightcliff.

I hold a Diploma of Children’s Services and am currently pursuing my Bachelor in Early Childhood Education. I have worked in the industry since 2015 and gained experience with all age groups and in number of roles starting as an Educator, Senior Educator, Educational Leader, Assistant Director and now Centre Director.

At Goodstart Nightcliff we believe in providing children with the highest quality of care, allowing each and every child to reach their fullest potential by enhancing all areas of growth and development in a warm caring and home like environment that is a reflection of our children, families and our community as we believe children are central to everything we do.

As a leader I will be leading and mentoring my team to be the best they can be by developing trust through communication and positive connections. Being supportive and celebrating success and growth.
