I have worked in the Early Childhood Education Sector since 2017 and hold my Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. I am passionate about children and working in this industry has helped me gain a whole new perspective on the world, to be able to express excitement about the little thing in life that a child achieves, watching them grow, learn, and meet their goals.

I believe that children need the assurance of being loved and cared for while in an educational environment that is welcoming, bright and multicultural valuing each child as a unique individual with different interests, strengths, abilities, and developmental milestones/stages.

I aim to provide and encourage educators to provide educational environments that are child centred and supportive of each child’s individual physical, social, emotional and language development, encouraging children to make choices, responsibilities, and opportunities to initiate their own learning through play.

I will value and develop strong, lasting relationships with each child and their families, ensuring parents are offered the time to spend in the classroom, observing firsthand and gathering essential information about their child’s day.
