Centre Director

My name is Rachel Marriott and I am your Centre Director for Goodstart Moulden – Temple Terrace. I have been in Early Childhood Education and Care for over 15 years, 10 of those years with Goodstart, and 9 of those in a leadership position. I hold a Diploma in Children’s Services, as well as working towards a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Education (Primary / Early Childhood).

I am a strong advocate for children every day, am relatable and empathetic to families’ needs, as I am a mother myself, and definitely lead the team from within.

We have a Service Philosophy at Goodstart Moulden that is evolving as the centre is, a beautiful natural living document, that is the collaboration of all our educators, children and families. We want to ensure that these foundational years of every child’s life is one that is a wonderfully rich experience, that will prepare and nuture them for life outside of early learning, so we strive for that every day.
