Hello, my name is Skye Lubke and I am the Centre Director here at Goodstart Bracken Ridge.

I have been in the industry over 10years now, starting as a Casual Educator and progressing my way up to the Centre Director role. I am honoured to be the Centre Director here at Goodstart Bracken Ridge as I have a family with 2 children and understand the everyday processes for families as do all our Educators. Therefore, our main aim is to support our families on this journey and be the second part of your family to help make this transition in life easier and enjoyable.

We strive to achieve a high standard at Goodstart Bracken Ridge so our children can achieve and thrive in a supportive, engaging, and dedicated environment. Children’s voices are the reason we can achieve success and to support and nurture this is our privilege and pleasure.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As both an employee and a parent, I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Goodstart Bracken Ridge. This is my child’s first time in care, and like any parent, I was nervous about the transition. However, the warmth, patience, and dedication of the educators made all the difference. The team truly cares for each child, creating a nurturing and engaging environment where children feel safe and valued. As a staff member, I see firsthand the effort that goes into ensuring every child’s needs are met—whether it’s through thoughtful learning experiences, emotional support, or strong communication with families. The leadership team is supportive, and the workplace culture is one of collaboration and passion for early education. I feel incredibly lucky to be part of such a wonderful centre, both as an educator and as a parent. Seeing my child thrive here has given me so much confidence in the care we provide. Highly recommend to any family looking for a warm and professional childcare setting!

I can not describe the amazing experience that we receive at this centre! The kids have the best time, make the best connections with the educators and friendships with the other kids! If you ever have an issue, Skye and her amazing team behind the scenes are also happy to help and assist when they can! Without this team, I wouldn't have the ability to go to work and know that my children are in the best hand possible in a safe and secure environment! We love Goodstart Bracken Ridge and wouldn't choose any other centre!

We had an amazing experience with Good Start Bracken Ridge. All the girls, specially Jade, Vicky, Ashneeta, Roshni, Sonya and the centre director Skye are simply amazing. They go above and beyond to help you. And always makes sure that your child is looked after for. Will highly recommend the daycare, and would like to say thank you to each and everyone of them for taking such good care of our little one.
