Bright Beginnings Child Edu-Care Centre 

Both my daughters attend Bright Beginnings, my eldest has been there for the last 2.5yrs & my youngest daughter started in July. Both my girls struggled when starting daycare with separation & were very emotional. The educators that we have had care for our girls throughout the years have been professional, caring & accommodating. There is never a request from this mama that is too much & they always worked with me to do the best for my daughters & now both my girls love going to daycare meaning we can working in the knowledge that they are happy & well cared for.

I am not usually somebody to write reviews but children's education and care is something I am extremely passionate about so please stay with me. It's long. After being exposed to the good and the bad and ugly of childcare centres for most of my career I am probably Brisbane's pickiest mother when it comes to leaving my baby in care. I am slightly embarassed to say I have visited and done stay and plays at almost every single centre in the area -some of them multiple times (it became an obsession and I highly recommended dropping in unannounced and at different times in the day to get a true feel for a centre. Any centre that asks you to book an appointment to tour their facilities is not worth visiting). I honestly never thought I would find a centre good enough to meet all of my expectations. On the first day I stumbled on and visited Bright Beginnings there were two lovely ladies at the desk. I remember this so clearly because I was almost knocked off my feet to find out that one of those lovely ladies was the owner of the business. It may not mean alot to most people but for me I know that is extremely rare for a centre owner to be there day in and day out at the face of the business living her passion and doing the daily grind with her team. I absolutely love that BB is a long standing family run business and that our chosen "daycare" offers far more than child minding. These beautiful ladies can educate our babies and help them reach developmental milestones like no other. All the while making it fun and exciting for them. The children and to be fair without industry knowledge perhaps even some parents would not realise just how much time and effort that goes on behind the scenes for planning each and every day of fun at the centre. But when I arrive each morning to drop off my little boy and see the girls with open arms ready for cuddles, a room set up of fun activities that are constantly changing to keep them engaged, excited and subtly learning I know they are ready to tackle the day ahead. I leave a little bit of my heart with those ladies everyday because I know they are helping us raise a kind, well mannered and beautiful little human.

I wish I had found Bright Beginnings years ago, so my daughter could have also experienced this centre. My son is at home there, teachers from outside his classroom all know his name, and the admin are nurturing, accomodating and supportive to our family’s needs. Additionally, their staff retention is exceptional, which says a lot- especially in what seems to be a revolving door at other centres. Could not recommend them enough💕

My both kids went there. Fantastic place for young kids. Janine is very helpful as she understands needs of young families.
