Mary Rice Early Learning Centre

Edit: Our second child now attends MR but is told to be kept home nearly once a week as she regularly has a runny nose or has diarrhoea on the odd occasion. She only goes 3 days a week and is very hard to manage with both parents working full-time. Cant compare to any other childcare centre but worth noting if your child has these reoccurring symptoms. Could not recommend more highly! Our son has been attending Mary Rice since Feb and absolutely loves it. He is nearly one and this is really good for him, taking it all in. Staff here are wonderful with the little ones and very friendly. Everyday they have organised activities. The ladies also do such a top job keeping us updated via the app with videos and pictures throughout the day. Must also add, it is a freshly built centre as of this year. I currently have two children attending Mary Rice, my 3.5 year old and 1.5 year old. My previous daycare experience has been a family daycare setting and another centre, so I am writing this review with a knowledge of some different care options, as I know how daunting researching daycare centres can be. I can say, without hesitation, Mary Rice is a phenomenal place for our kids and our family. They go above and beyond. The facilities are incredible, and the staff are SO friendly and both of our kids love their teachers. There has also been no staff turnover this entire year in either room. We also love the variety of activities offered- music, soccer and cooking to name a few. It's a wonderful community to be a part of and most days neither one of my kids want to leave at pick up time.

Excellent facilities and lovely caring staff

We absolutely love MRELC and our son has thrived there. From a shy, cautious little bub he has grown into a confident boy who runs into daycare now. The staff are fantastic and always open to feedback and communicate issues and updates effectively and in a timely manner. The educators are beautiful and I feel so comfortable with my child in their care. We are always raving about how lucky we are to have found Mary Rice. The extracurricular activities and additional health services provided are also unique. Thank you Cris and the team x

The staff and teachers at Mary Rice are amazing, they truly love our daughter and always have her best interests at heart. The care and advice they give is invaluable. The environment is wonderful and our daughter loves the time she spends there. We would highly recommend Mary Rice.
