Goodstart Early Learning Albany Creek - Dawn Road

As an early childhood professional, I love being able to make a difference in children’s lives. My passion is building strong relationships, making positive sustainable changes and choices, and leading and mentoring my team to become the best early childhood educators they can be.

I love creating exciting, natural and inviting environments for our children and families and a workplace where my team are excited to be each day.

I have worked in the sector for eight years. My journey at Goodstart started five years ago in a float role. I then progressed into a Lead Educator position, and from there trained and worked as an Educational Leader. I was promoted to Assistant Director before moving into my current role as Centre Director.

One of the most important roles we play in early learning is ensuring that children and families feel welcome and belong. I am committed to providing high-quality care and exceptional service in warm, safe and nurturing environments.
