The Woods Early Education Centre and Preschool

Our son has been at the woods since he was 9 months old. The staff are always friendly and caring with the children. The kids learn so much we have actually enrolled or son for more days as its better learning and interacting at the woods than spending the day at home being unproductive.

Our child is exceptionally happy at The Woods. The educators genuinely care, and the management team are approachable and accommodating. Overall, the centre has a real sense of openness, friendliness and competence - and they also seem so relaxed and calm while doing it all!

The woods is a fantastic daycare centre. My son started when he was 7 months old in the nursery and the educators have been amazing helping him settle into the routine. They have suggested small adjustments and have put in so much effort to make sure he has a great day. They are very creative with their activities and give the children so many opportunities to learn in different ways. The directors have been so accommodating with any requests and stay on top of things very well. We have been so pleased to be a part of the woods community.

I would not recommend this center, full profit organization.

I have a really positive experience sending my daughter to The Woods. She is enjoys her time there greatly and looks forward to attending. The educators are kind and communicative. They send us updates of how she and her friends are doing and we look forward to seeing the activities that they have planned for her. The bush kindy and music classes are an extra bonus too. I would highly recommend The Woods.

My daughter has only been attending The Woods for a since January and only for one day a week but in this short period of time she has established firm connections with her educators and fellow students. This is due to the warmth and kindness that exudes from all the staff at The Woods. They have taken time to get to know my daughter and our family and as a result she looks forward to attending, talks about the centre often and is sad when she passes it in the pram and it isn’t the day she goes. We have been really impressed by the activities on offer and the healthy foods created by the centre’s chefs. I would wholeheartedly recommend The Woods to families wanting a small but perfectly formed daycare.

Staff are amazing, our kids are excited to be here. Bush Kindy, Dancing, Sports, arts, crafts, music - they have everything. Most of the staff have been there for years which speaks volumes about the environment and culture. The Director (Jess) has been there over 17 years and has helped build a wonderful community.

The educators are so friendly, they give lot of support in kids growth..

I've had 3 kids at the Woods since 2017 - 2 are presently still attending (2023). My youngest has a few challenges and can be very unsettled and difficult at times, most recently at drop off to her new room. But the team has been so thoughtful and helpful in their attempts to ease the morning process and help her settle in for the day. I feel they go above and beyond in their efforts to help and I want to acknowledge that and give them the recognition they deserve.
