Both of our children have attended API Big Cribb  since my eldest (now 4yo) was one.
The educators are incredibly nurturing and attentive and have developed genuine bonds with my children. The staff at the centre when they started are still working in the business, which is unlike many other centres and testament to a positive work environment.
My children are excited to attend each day running in and greeting their educators with open arms which is reciprocated with genuine warmth , it’s heartening to see.
They are engaged in lots of play based learning and development and I can see the difference in a not for profit centre where I feel the children are prioritised over the bottom line.
I would recommend the centre to anyone considering daycare options.

I’m so incredibly happy to be part of the API childcare family. My 2 yr daughter has been attending the centre since she was 9 months old and I cannot fault the care she receives. As an anxious first time mum, I never thought my worry about leaving my child to go back to work would ease, but the educators and staff supported me through the journey and I leave the centre each morning knowing my daughter is in experienced, capable, kind and loving hands. My daughter talks about her educators like family. She adores them all, and has developed the most special friendships there. Every day she learns something new, or explores an activity I’d never think to come up with at home. I love the photos and updates the educators provide on Storypark. And I love seeing the smile they put on my little girl’s face. Thank you API.

My daughter has been coming here for a few months now. I have nothing negative to say about it. The educators are all wonderful and really show care and passion for all the children. My 15mth old daughter has developed really well since being here, which clearly reflects the effort and energy of the educators.  I’m pretty sure she’s also picking up Spanish (which I’d love🤣).
They update parents regularly through pictures and messages on storypark, which can’t be an easy juggle, but is so appreciated. I really do love the place.
They even accommodated my changing schedule at short notice, which shows they really try to go the extra mile to help us working parents. I have nothing but confidence in API Milton.
