I have been in the early childhood industry for over 10 years. During this time, I have worked as an Educator and also in various leadership roles from Educational Leader, Assistant Manager and Manager/Director roles.

I believe developing strong relationships with families is key to being able to provide the best care and learning for all children in our care. I believe that children are inquisitive and capable learners who are successful in their learning journeys when they have strong connections with their educators and learning environments.

Connecting with nature supports children's wellbeing and connects them to the natural world. It is an opportunity to have open imaginative play and supports cognitive thinking and development. Therefore, I believe in supporting children to explore their natural environment both outdoor and indoor environments.
