The Learning Sanctuary Yeronga

This centre was the first place our child ever came to daycare and we couldn’t have hoped for a better start. Our daughter loved it and my wife and I loved seeing what activities she did for the day. Jess and Amy and all the other educators thanks so much for your work and care in looking after Isla. I recommend this centre.

Our girls go here and they love it! We've been here since it opened and love the staff. Everyone seems positive and happy and always feel very welcomed. It's a great daycare!

Such an amazing workplace and team to be apart of. The staff are so loving to the children and families. Jess and Amy make things run so smoothly and I have enjoyed every minute of working within the team.

Totally disappointed Booking tours without availability.

Terrible customer service and big time waster. in first day they said we have 5days for your kids and we try to do enrolment form and when I send it to them they asked for the Immunisation record and I sent the Grean Immunisation record and when I called them to confirm all the things they changed the days to 2 days a week which is Ruined my business plan.

Edit review 5/5/22. The centre never contacted us via any avenue phone email etc about a debt that did not exist but then they just refereed it to a debt collector meaning we got notices from some random company over a fake bill that never existed that had nothing to do with us. It was all an error on their end and a problem they created. The G8 or G12 group or whatever they're called are pathetic and we're very disappointed that the great experience we had here was ruined by unprofessional incompetence that could have been resolved with a human touch and not robotic automatic systems that caused us unwanted stress. We are so impressed with the facilities here (so many toys and creative educational resources for kids) but also the staff are fabulous. From Sandra to the group leaders in the rooms to the chef and cleaners you all do a fabulous job and we're very grateful that we chose your centre. Thank you and keep up the great work. It is much appreciated and you deserve to be told you're all doing a great job.

I recently enrolled my little one at the learning sanctuary yeronga and from the beginning Jessica has been super helpful and supportive with the enrolment process and helping a first time mum out with my millions of questions! All of the staff are truly lovely and you can tell the kids feel happy and comfortable in the spaces provided. My little one seems to be settling in well and the photo updates really help put my mind at ease that she is in the right place, so thanks Julia!
