too many snitches

My kid’s property got damaged and we didn’t get any apology after schools had done the investigation. School just told us they didn’t get the reply from the student’s parents. I’m wondering if the school could take 1 second to make a call? Our first in 2022 was ok but was terrible in 2023. The first two terms, they had changed so many different teachers to my kids class. And the teachers didn’t really care about students behavior. I have seen a student playing with the classroom door for whole class time and she didn’t get stopped. After the horrible year we are still stuck here and can’t enter a better school due to catchment. Very upset and helpless….
