Worst child care ever been No learning , no activity . My son didn't pass school test

Our kids love the centre and the educators! The team really put in the effort for new and exciting learning opportunities for the kids. All the staff have been so helpful in working with us to help our children learn and grow. We love their approach to sustainability as well.

The educators are exceptional, they obviously take their profession very seriously - our child is thriving under their care. They are always ready to be part of our child's 'extended' family and his preschool skills are developing rapidly thanks to the strong programs they provide for his learning. Our son is planning his birthday party 🙂 and on the top of his list are his educators, who he calls his best friends. Super cute!

One of the best centres: Springwood Early Education Centre is a fantastic facility to support the early years learning of children. The educators are interested in how the child is going and what their current interests are so that they can extend on this for the child’s learning. For example, The qualified educators helped settle in my children well by creating a family photo album that had pictures of their loved ones. This helped them become safe and secure as they got used to the centre. All the staff go above and beyond and are friendly and kind in the centre. The facilities the centre provides is excellent as one part of the playground is for the younger children and the other part is for the older children. There is a huge sandpit and playground for the older children. Sometimes the younger kids can go up but safety is important and a key focus for the centre. They always keep the ratios and the children away from harm. The communication is excellent at the centre. The management have strong interests in recycling and upcyling goods and old materials which then also helps educated the children. It’s an outstanding facility and we have been to a few. This is by far the most professional, organised and innovative with the children at the core of their focus.

Springwood EEC has been such an amazing centre for my son. They have played an important role in his development and are constantly going above and beyond to do what’s best for the children in the centre. From happy staff to healthy meals, there’s nothing I could say poorly to reflect the centre.

I called desperate to find a centre and Kym answered the phone and my prayers. I came in for a walk around and fell in love with the centre. My son has been in since 5 months and has thrived. Amanda and Nicole have been fantastic with his development and sensory issues. My son has allergies and they always go above and beyond to make sure there is no chance for a reaction. They are fantastic with communication and let me know immediately if there has been an incident. I am very happy the other daycare I had in mind had a 1 year wait list.

Both my children attend here and I love how friendly and committed the staff are to each and every child, even those that aren't in their specific room. Always a welcoming and supportive environment!!

I am so relieved to have found this centre. The staff were amazing right from the beginning. Our tour was informative and we were not rushed. The enrollment process was easy and the care my son has received has been flawless. Every staff member is attentive and helpful. They all know my child's name and who he is. The level of attention and care they have for the children is rare. I could not be happier with every aspect of this childcare.

Our daughter finished at the start of this year and we will be sending our son soon. The educators are wonderfully caring, passionate people who communicate well with parents. The smaller size of the centre itself makes for a friendly atmosphere in which educators have the time to form spending bonds with those in their care. I love the centre's dedication to play-based learning and nature play, as well as the nutritious meals prepared for the kids.

My son officially finished today! Before my son started here, he couldn't sit still, couldn't concentrate, couldn't even be next to another child longer than 30 seconds at a time, never wanted to be included, would rather be by himself. Springwood early education centre changed him in a huge positive way and made him feel so comfortable and helped him overcome so many challenges! Your team asked me to write a review on what they could do better? Improve? And honestly, there’s nothing more you guys need to do! Miss Indu and Miss Sandra observed my son over time and had one on one time with him and came up with a plan on how to help him. Working around his sensory issues, his mood swings ect and helped him! Now he loves being involved in group activities, sitting on the mat, being apart of everything going on! Hes officially ready for prep! And I'm so thankful for the team here. Every single educator in the centre made him feel so loved every single day. From the moment he walked in to the moment he signed out, everyone made sure to say hello and goodbye and it’s not every day, a child knows every single educator by name! I’m so devastated I didn't find your centre a lot sooner! I will be forever grateful for your team. Ashton is going to miss all the educators so much!!
