Ascot Drive Early Childhood Centre

I’ve been at Ascot Drive for the past two years and my daughter is in the Pre-Prep room. The staff have been a delight to know and the children are always happy. I absolutely love this place and highly recommend for your children to attend, you won’t be disappointed.

This childcare is great! My child is always happy at drop off and pick up. The staff are caring and friendly but also professional. Can not fault them. Definitely keep this centre in mind if you need care for your children.

Wonderful centre! Beautiful environment and such kind and friendly staff. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the care provided to my children. Highly recommend to everyone with little or big kids.

There's really one teacher who makes up for this centre. Won't say names, she knows who she is. She's amazing, my girls absolutely adore her and she is great with communication.

I genuinely love this centre! So much so I travel 20 minutes to bring my kids here, its worth it for the amount of care they have given me and my kids. Even though personal problems they have been nothing but helpful and supportive! I have had no issues here and even when I had any concern (e.g: bug bites, sleep routines, toilet training, payments) The director was very understanding, informative and jumped onto it straight away and always made me feel comfortable about coming to her or any of the girls who could help for any reason what’s so ever! All the staff are so lovely, understanding and genuine.. I can go in knowing my kids are being looked after and learning everyday things I never thought they would be ready for at their age. Due to living so far away and other personal issues unfortunately we will have to leave this centre and I am dreading it, putting it off and honestly getting upset about it… I have not found a centre near me who shows me the same amount of respect and care! Thank you to all the lovely staff at ascot drive for just always doing the best you could for my kids and myself! They kids and I appreciate all of you 💕

Most horrible child care centre. I have pulled my son out!!! They are unprofessional I have seen children carried by staff members by the feet while the another staff member holding the child’s arms being taken and carried off to time out in the managers office. I have seen alcohol being bought from the liquor land and taken into the facility for the staffs after work Friday nights at home, my 5 year old son was encouraged by a staff member to call her mum as she did not correct him of her role. I was picked on and publicly humiliated as I was followed by staff out of centre on to public property and grounds and harressed and approached with a chastising nature, poor management poor education skills my son has come home and told me how he doesn’t like it and how he constantly gets spoken to like he’s insignificant constantly being yelled at, one time he came home and told me one of the teachers was pulling him by his t shirt being told to hurry up. Absolutely disgusting anyone sending there children this childcare centre are blind. Obviously your child doesn’t have the compacity to voice or defend them selves by telling you exactly what’s going on as they perhaps might not quite understand how they are being treated as the facility sets the standards of their treatment and what they consider ok and normal. So glad I do not have to deal with the likes of this facility any longer. And heaven to bids your pretty, they don’t like smarter or more attractive women and mothers then them obviously being a threat, it’s very embarrassing and off putting.

We have had nothing but an amazing experience since moving to ascot drive. The staff are great at communication and nothing is to hard for them. They are so friendly and my son settled in really quickly after moving to the centre!! I highly recommended this daycare centre

A great centre and staff! Havr sent noth my children here and have been very happy. The staff and centre manager Melissa are very caring, genuine, supportive and kind.

Ascot drive Early childhood centre is a wonderful centre with fantastic learning experiences and caring staff. My children attend after school care and they love it.
