Would rate lower but cant. The management shouldn't be there looking after kids simply put. No activities, no pride, lies and politics they bad mouth parents and children to staff. Called them for 45 minutes ( have call logs) couldn't get through to see if my son was ok after hearing from my wide he had an incident. Called their so called regional manager left a msg also called their head off and still have yet to receive call backs 2 working days later.
