I have worked within the Childcare Sector since 2000 but over the last few years I have focused on my passion for the early years.

As a centre Director, I feel it is important that we provide children with enriching activities that spark their interest and imagination for involved play based learning experiences. I see that all children are unique and individual, and I will strive to lead my team to provide an environment where children and families from all different backgrounds feel welcome and accepted in our service.

I strive to provide our children and families with high-quality service from the moment you walk through our doors or engage in a phone enquiry for the first time; through to your experience in our learning environments, programs and the relationships built with our highly qualified, skilled and passionate educators.

I am passionate about people and believe that our team on the floor, in the thick of the action are our beating heart and truly believe if we invest in our team, we invest in all aspects of our centre, especially the quality of education and care we provide for our children.
