Community Kids Waterford Early Education Centre

I changed my daughter from a previous centre in January this year and have felt so much more at ease. The care she receives is outstanding, she is dramatically different at drop off times and most often we don't have tears she is happy to give one of the educators a cuddle while I leave. The communication is what helps me get through the days without her. Knowing what she is doing and learning, nappy changes/toileting, eating and nap times are all extremely important to me and I love receiving this information through out the day. The extra activity/dress up days are lots of fun (even if I miss the memo sometimes) there is always lots planned for the kids. My daughter has learned so much being at this centre and even getting better at sharing (she is quite the boss child). I am exciting for my youngest daughter to begin her learning at this centre towards the end of the year. Highly recommend Community Kids Waterford 😊

I felt quite nervous putting my little one in childcare but the amazing team at Community Kids Waterford has made the whole experience so positive. My child is treated with so much kindness and I no longer feel concerned. Highly recommend Community Kids Waterford!

Very happy with this place. They are very communicative and address any issues promptly. Miss Shalvina is my daughter's favourite, but all the educators in Junior Kindy are open and receptive. I don't worry when I leave my little one in her a junior kindy and she always comes home tired but happy. And I feel heard if I need to bring up anything with the educators. 5stars for Junior kindy! Sarah at the front desk is also always really helpful with all the admin stuff. 5 stars!

Such an amazing learning environment for our son. The centre manager and all staff are amazing to communicate with The facilities and meals they make are exceptional Our son is genuinely excited to go to childcare each day!

Best childcare centre we have ever had our son in. We have left due to moving and ended up putting him back into community kids as their care and attention is above and beyond a normal childcare centre (coming from an educator myself) .We feel always right at home with our son even with behaviour problems and diagnosed problems they are such a help and don’t exclude him or put him in the to hard box. Will always recommend community kids Waterford west before any others. And don’t get me started on how lovely every educator is at the centre I could go on for days. Thankyou community kids we absolutely love and appreciate you all.

My son attended here for less than a month 2 days a week and got bitten nearly every time he was there. I was so upset i had to take him out as he really enjoys going to day care and moving schools is a big process not only for the parents but for the kids as well.

Everyone is so welcoming! My daughter is absolutely loving her time there. Thank you all so much for getting her ready for big school.

Absolutely love community kids Waterford west! My children absolutely adore their educators, the educators work so hard to help my kids feel comfortable, & confident. I know my kids feel happy & safe because they love going! As a parent I feel so happy with what they are achieving and what they are learning thanks to the best educators! Community kids Waterford has made transitioning my son to daycare a breeze. Office staff Sarah and Keira are always willing to assist, let it be sorting out all the paperwork for my account and my sons allergies (which they happily catered for) or even just assisting my son (3y/o) in adjusting to his new surroundings. My son has had the opportunity to have two lovely educators, Miss Chandani and Miss Georgia who he has built a wonderful trusting relationship with. They are both patient, understanding and amazing teachers. The center provides you daily updates on your child. At the start my son struggled with social skills as covid pushed him back but with the help of his teachers and the office staff, he has made some friends and is slowly opening up and becoming more confident. The center has loads of toys, a playground and a sandpit (my sons favourite). Having an on-site cook has also helped alot being able to talk to someone about my sons dietary needs. The cook Francene is lovely. The center is always clean and everyone is extremely welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend Community Kids Waterford.
