Hi, my name is Sarah Teitzel and I am the Centre Director of Goodstart Coorparoo Tiber St.
I have over 13 years’ experience working with children in a variety of roles across the centre.
I am passionate about giving all children the best possible start in life. A child's first experience in early childhood education should be inclusive and positive as it becomes a home away from home.I believe that strong relationships form the foundation of children’s learning and wellbeing.
Goodstart Coorparoo Tiber St is a place where children are supported to become individual learners.
We value diversity and inclusivity and are so lucky to have a large diverse team of educators who comes from many different backgrounds.

I love this place! My daughters attended here, and they were always extremely happy. Unfortunately, we had to move from the city. The quality of care is excellent, and my daughters received exceptional support. The staff were able to adapt to the needs and interests of each child and provided excellent guidance throughout the process. I always had complete confidence that my daughters were in good hands. I highly recommend this centre and its staff to anyone looking for quality child care.
The staff are so friendly and welcoming and my daughter always has such a fun time!
My first born attended here from ages 3 to 5 and a half and has now just gone on to Prep. Since leaving for school, he still fondly speaks of the staff and friends he met at Goodstart. My now 3 year old has been at Goodstart since a baby and loves it. The staff are always friendly and caring and try to tailor their approach to your individual child's needs. I also feel that Goodstart at Tiber Street really allows children to just explore and play! My kids were always playing outside in the big yard! I would highly recommend!
We have been at this centre for 3 1/2 years.
Our children have received exceptional care. The staff feel like family and they genuinely care for the children.
The meals are made onsite, fresh everyday and our children rave about Miss Manoja's cooking.
Miss Kara is an exceptional Kindy teacher. I know that our son will be well prepared for school, like his sister before him.

This centre is absolutely wonderful.
Staff are kind, caring and enthusiastic. There is very little staff turnover, which makes for a very stable environment.
My oldest son has attended since he was 5 months old and loves it; he is now 4 and enjoying his time in Kindy. My youngest (7 months) is also now attending and I have such confidence leaving him. It makes a massive difference to leave your children happy and knowing they will be beautifully cared for.
I would recommend to anyone.
Goodstart Tiber street, is like our second home , we have been here almost 5 years. My both children had the best memories with their wonderful educators. Educators are always supportive with everything. Few weeks a go I had to transfer my daughter to another Goodstart due to traffic, my daughter went for 2 weeks only and I had to take her back to Tiber St because she was very upset and she missed her beautiful teachers . And to see that reaction from a 3 year old..you will know that your child is having the best time and very well looked after.
The Center has a beautiful big yard with a variety of obstacles, sandpit , garden...ect.
3 fresh Meals (cooked at the Center) provided + snacks.
