I have nothing pleasant to say about the company Avenues.
Management is rude and not approachable. The company is money hungry and don't care how they get around getting money. The staff are unhappy with management and how they are treated. Families have heard numerous amounts of complaints in regards to the centre and management. Fair work has been contacted a number of times in regards to how their employees are treated. There are no resources within the service and never any planned activities for the children to learn and grow. They never let parents aware when educators are leaving the service. The staff turn over is ridiculous in regards too how many people are coming and going from the service.

Excellent centre. The staff are so friendly and professional. My one year old son loves attending.

I highly recommend this Early Learning Centre. Admittedly I was nervous to start my child at Daycare so did a lot of research and planned tours at multiple places in the area. Right from walking in to the Centre and meeting the (highly experienced) Centre Manager, I felt at ease. Seeing how my child has settled-in with the caring educators and how they have fostered her growth and development is incredible. The updates we receive each day are comprehensive and I delight in seeing all the amazing and varied activities they partake in. If you are considering enrolling your child I would advise taking a tour so you can see for yourself.

Both my kids attend this centre. My daughter started at 10mo, and son at 5mo. We absolutely love it. Our daughter loves her days when she gets to go there. And I feel completely safe leaving my 6mo baby there. I've had "bad' days there, when I felt overwhelmingly sad to leave them, but the staff are so caring, and every time the situation was resolved and they met my every single expectation.

I was going away for a month and i received a response that my child was selected for enrollment.I wanted to check the place to see if my baby will fit in their place and the staffs were good etc. I asked to book for an appointment to see the place before i go away so i can decide. The person on the phone rudely said "you dont need to see the place to know, this place is outstanding and everyone knows that, either you take it or someone else will take it". So i just left it and thought if management is rude what will be the culture of the staff and what kind of upbringing will kids have there. I am so happy with my decision.
