Edge Early Learning North Pimpama

Both of my boys attend Edge North Pimpama and I could not think of anywhere else I would rather them be. It’s very reassuring leaving for work knowing my children are being taken care of by the absolute BEST!   My boys love their Educators and we feel the love back. If you’re looking for a Friendly, welcoming and supportive Daycare, this is the 1 👍🏽

My children love it here, and so do I. Beautiful, safe and modern facilities, the educators are so friendly, and passionate and they care for your children like their own. Highly recommended :)

This centre is absolutely beautiful, I have been to so many in Pimpama and this one is by far my fave! My little one comes home so happy each day with stories about the fruit an veggies they're growing, fire fighters visiting and learning different languages! So amazing I can't recommend this centre more!

If you want your kids to be safe, this isn't the place.
My one year old was here for two days only until I decided to get her out of there.
My child had scratches down her legs and they were not treated. Still had dry blood and wasn't washed or had any type of cover on it.
I confronted one of the women about this and she said that she came there like that.  UTTER LIES!

Second day, I came to get her earlier than they expected. I saw her outside alone in the sun with no hat - nothing.

The door was a little opened. I went straight in there and had a go at the women who is neglecting my child.

I asked to see her manager.

Her manager was just as bad and told me that and I quote "we had a lot of kids here and need to tend to them as well. We were still watching her from afar."

I took my child out as fast as I could and have already made an email to higher up

Whilst both me and my kids loved the centre and most of the staff, I am saddened to leave a one star review as a warning to other families. They continued to charge fees after we moved and cancelled the enrolment (we gave the required notice). Contacted them straight away and they confirmed the direct debit was cancelled, the following day another weeks worth of fees were taken from my account. Sent back the refund form immediately this was over 2 months ago, have rang numerous time and sent many emails they always blame someone else and say they will look into it. About 3 weeks ago they said refund was issued and money would be received in 3 days ... didn't happen and now they don't answer my emails. I am owed 2 weeks worth of fees for 2 kids, they seem be set on not refunding the money. So whilst the centre was great their office skills are a joke.
