Goodstart Early Learning Pimpama

I started my career in the early childhood industry in 1991, and have worked hands-on with all age groups whilst completing my Certificate 3 and Diploma in Children's Services. The past 21 years in the children’s services industry has been rewarding and  I look forward to the future journey in front of me.

I have a great passion for reconciliation in Australia and enjoy the journey of embedding these qualities into the service through embedded Reconciliation Action Plans and a knowledgeable background in Indigenous culture being of Aboriginal descent myself.

I have two daughters of my own 15 and 12 years of age who also attended Goodstart Pimpama as young children.

I am extremely passionate about early childhood education and providing children with high quality care throughout their first 5 years. Relationships with families comes naturally as I have great communication qualities, empathy and respect for all.

I truly believe that all children are unique in their own special way. I always keep this in mind as I help guide the children to a positive future and help them to thrive throughout their first five years of life.
