I can't say enough positive things about Carey Lane! The staff here are incredibly caring, attentive, and dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for the children. My child absolutely loves going to Carey Lane every day and has grown so much since starting there. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and filled with engaging activities for the kids. The communication with parents is excellent, and I always feel informed and involved in my child's development. I highly recommend Carey Lane to any parent looking for high-quality childcare in the area.

I can't believe the reviews I am reading below , Carey lane is nothing what these people are saying My 2 nearly 3 year old son attended for 5 weeks before we moved away , and he absolutely loved all his teachers during the time he was their he was fully toilet trained , he loved going to Carey lane every day he was excited as the teachers would accommodate to kolbys interests, Kirty and Deb were a pleasure to deal with , every kids hurts them selves , the teachers can't help that , Kolby always had an incident report for everything that has happened , I'd recommend Carey lane to anyone , and if we do end up moving back I will be putting my son back to that school

We have been at the centre for about a month, and am so grateful to have found such loving and caring educators for my little one. The transition to care is daunting (maybe more so for parents) but my daughter is so warmly cared for, it is a big relief for me. Thank you ladies, you are wonderful.

I am the father of a soon to be 4 year old, my daughter has attended carey lane for many years now the start been a lot more positive than current. We had 3 incidents where our daughter came home with injuries that can simply just not be overlooked by staff, blatant cuts buses and scars, when I requested an incident report they have been non existent and staff have been completely unaware. We regrettably continued to send our daughter to carey lane and recently upon collection of our daughter we noticed she could not walk and had a serious limp, I took her home and waited no longer than 30 mins to visit the hospital instead. We have received confirmation after multiple xrays that she has a buckle fracture and this is where I draw the line, I feel so sorry for picking her up later than usual and have now resigned from carey lane. No child or parent should be unsafe at childcare, I have tried to make carey lane to action methods of a safer environment they have done nothing to make the center safer and iv been ignored. Please I beg you if you wish to see your child happy and healthy and not injured on a weekly basis, DO NOT choose carey lane, we are not the only family to have these issues and won't be the last after all what's worse than a fracture, whats next? the death of a child? After new management carey lanes care to children has dramatically declined and staff are not focused on care of children and more showing a complete lack of focus and care, the staff are often spotted staring into space rather than doing their job.

Everynight my daughter crying and in pain since she broken her foot at kindy. No one contact to us until now and check if my daughter’s okay or applogies of careless situation from educators. There has no incident report too. Such a Horrible feeling, disgusting feeling after 2 years she been there everyday she cried morning time she didnt want to go because now i know she meant something or she felt something the environment was wrong of kindy. We only wanted know whats going on how my kid broke her foot at kindy and even she told teacher whats happened, i don’t understand why the teacher lie to manager she didnt heard anything. Even you can’t remember what kids said its your class kid so when you heard your class child is injured you should contact us. Because you got responsibility to looking after your class kids and my daughter told teachers she is hurt but no one heard anything. So now you can see how you guys careless of centre children. Unprofessional and lazy. Not deserve to be educator. And manager instead of avoid parents contact you need to concern about your child care kid but you didn’t and just trying to avoid falut and hiding something. This is Criminal. This place should shut down or the hopeless educator and manager should replace them asap for children safety.
