From the moment I walked into kids house in Southport I felt at ease, comfortable and part of the family. I left my girls with a tear which the service manager shared with me and re assured me with a photo sent to my phone within minutes of me leaving. The energy and sense of joy from educators on arrival and pick up is contagious to not only myself but my daughters to. Thank you kids house Southport!!!!

This is fantastic childcare centre.
All the staff are very friendly, they look after my son very well I think my son enjoying when he there. When I leave my son there I feel comfortable not to worry about him.

My daughter started at Kool Kids Yacht Street when she was 5 months old.  From day 1 I felt so confident they would care for her as if she were their own. I have really enjoyed watching her grow and develop in their care and love that she feels comfortable when I leave her each day. I really appreciate the regular updates, photos and email at the end of the day – definitely lessens the mummy guilt to know she is having such a great time :) I Would definitely recommend Kool Kids Yacht Street!

The whole team at Kool Kids Yacht Street are AMAZING! From the friendly hello's in the morning to the constant communication about my daughter's day make me feel happy and comfortable leaving my daughter in their care. The transition to childcare has been smooth and easy.

I can't recommend the KK Yacht Street highly enough. The team are warm, friendly, professional and caring. Our little fellow has blossomed and is growing into a confident little man thanks to the high level of education and care shown by his teachers.
