My son has been attending for over 3 years and the center is very well managed, the teachers are lovely and kids are happy. The center is always well kept, clean and the teachers are very creative with all activities and materials. The food is cooked on premises and my son loves it! Thank you all teachers, Ashley and Bonnie for the outstanding service and communication.
Extremely happy with this amazing centre in this convenient location. The centre always is clean and is a safe environment for my children. The educators are very experienced and deliver a high quality educational program. Educators are always smiling and interacting with the children. The centre manager runs a wonderful Early Learning Centre - she seems very well organised and makes our family feel welcome. Could not be happier with the this centre and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Great centre with amazing staff. My son has been there for almost 4 years and loves going. He especially likes the large playground! We are very happy with the educational program they have and are always surprised with the new things he learns each day. His little brother will be starting in the nursery soon and we're very happy he'll have the same educators his big brother had.
Our Kids love Kool Kids Mermaid Waters and have been enrolled since the age of 6months.
The Educators are so loving, caring and make parents and children feel safe and cared for.

The new centre manager Ash is amazing and has taken on the role beautifully, also welcoming is Chelsea the new Assistant manager and she is just as wonderful. All of the educators are amazing and do a wonderful job with the children and making their days so happy.
I have had my two little ones at this centre for years. The team are so special and the connections they have made with their wonderful educators is so special!!
Such a great childcare centre with genuinely caring staff. My girl joined the babies room at around 8 months old and Kaylene and Cheryl took great care of her and she settled in, in no time. Now she is in the toddlers room and is coming along in leaps and bounds. I love the photos and videos sent daily and would recommend Kool Kids Mermaid Waters to anyone in a heartbeat. Also the food is great and chef is lovely and definitely worth a mention too... :) 5*****
