Goodstart Early Learning Brookwater

I have worked in the Early Childhood sector for the past 18years, starting with Goodstart in 2021. I first started my career as a trainee and have worked in various roles over the years.

In addition to holding a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, I continue to expand my knowledge and growth, which enables me to support our team to help your children achieve their best possible outcomes for learning whilst attending our service.

Early Childhood Education is my passion and I believe the early years are the most important for embedding and nurturing the next generation to have the best start in life.

My favourite part of this job is still seeing the smiling faces of the children each day, and the reason I'm still here after 18 years.

To help your children grow, discover, and reach their developmental goals in a loving and nurturing environment, that is supportive and inclusive of all families is what I strive to achieve. We facilitate this by using the Key Educator approach so that you know who you can talk to about your child at any given time.

From our first interactions with you, to building on our relationships we will always keep communication open, work with you to ensure your child is meeting or working towards their developmental milestones and help your child become school ready. Our long-term Educators are as passionate as I am about Early Childhood Education and always strive to provide quality care in a culturally safe and inclusive manner.

We understand that choosing a childcare centre for your child is a very big decision, but we are here to support you through it all, answer any questions you may have but most importantly spend time to ensure that you feel welcomed and comfortable within our service before you become part of the Goodstart Brookwater community.
