Little Wonderland Childcare

Clean , tidy, the new renovations are beautiful, the new director Tahlia has changed the centre for the better, the resources are more , the food is amazing and gourmet and plenty of it, very multicultural with educators and we celebrate all events. Great centre to work at and children are happy and engaged

Tidy, well set up environment. Educators that care and that are understanding and supportive of different children's needs.

My 2 littles ones are thriving in this centre. We love the clean and open layout of the centre and tahlia's leadership. it was rather nice to see little treats for parents at the table. thank you to the multi-cultural and lovely team of teachers mrs de, jane, sarah, ronneth, adele, gabrielle, rebecca, airyn. i always look forward to the updates on storypark. 🌼

Only had been at centre a few weeks and all staff had been caring, accepting of our situation and always assisted us with drop off tantrums. Recently a few staff have left and unfortunately a change of front office/manager with only 4 days in of her returning to the centre, the real woman came out and only took one very rude, forceful, already had made a decision without wanting to discuss my family situation my children went from attending 3 days a week to being removed from the centre enrolment. Demanding a cash payment of the 2 weeks fees in advance which had not gone through on direct debit (which is apparently the only means of payment available) a rude inappropriate comment of "your children cant attend daycare without a payment" maybe if you had taken the time to ask questions or read information on file you would have known our situation. Then to follow up she sends and email advising me "as per your request children have been removed from our enrolment list" no L correct your wording. Besides this rude woman, we loved centre, but they do need to make more food for meals and snacks available to all children.

This review is made as a parent and educator who was at this centre. As a parent my child made amazing connections with some amazing educators who are caring and interacted amazingly and supported my child when they needed it most , Thank you miss Samara,Miss Neta Miss Seru, Miss Angel and Miss Lucy you ladies deserve the best in life and to be treated like the queens you are. Unfortunately we did have some incidents (not from above educators) that's where unexplained and a educator isn't nice to children as in yells and also laughs if children hit others. Also if you pull children out you have to wait 28 plus days for your credit fees to credit back (im still waiting been well oer a month) As a employee here most staff where amazing to work for and very helpful if I had questions and clicked with alot of then. Unfortunately to say the food wasn't enough and when I did bring this up saying it's not enough I got taken out of kitchen and put on floor. Was informed that I am cooking for children and not for my family. I beleive more is best in food. Children should be have option to go for 2nd/ 3rds if they want. I do wish the staff all the best. I give 2 stars cause of the amazing staff that isn't appreciated enough.

My daughter started attending Little Wonderland in 2020, this year will be her final year before heading off to prep in 2024. I cannot thank the staff enough for all their help and support over the last 4 years and helping to raise my baby girl. ❤️ We have been truly blessed and we will be sad to leave.

My grandchildren both attend this centre and both are very happy here

Highly recommend this childcare center at wonderland located at carole park they staff so nice and kind not only that they really good looking after all the kids specially to my son...love it
