Poor service and billing wasn’t consistent. Received outrageous amounts each week that could not be accounted for. Teaching staff good but dealing with management was very difficult.
I really think little learners have done amazingly with my little guy. They look after him so well.
The emails are great, you get so many photos, as well as what they have eaten, nappies, naps, all the usual things.
You can get special emails when your child has reached a milestone, such as walking or talking, being social and sharing. Very tailored care. They are better at getting son my to nap than we are as his parents.
All the staff are welcoming and great. There is a free bus service that picks up and drops him off as I work shift work so I'm unable to do this myself.
Could communication be a little better, sure? But we really are pleased with his care, and he is thriving, so a missed email now and then is worth it for his happiness.
Little Learners have been such an amazing day care for my little ones. I wish we had taken them here earlier. The staff is amazing, they are friendly, helpful and always makes not just my girls but every child at the centre feel like at home. Definitely highly recommend Little Learners. ☺️
I went and viewed this centre today. It had some great ideas. Such as bringing in someone’s trash and allowing others to use it as their treasure. But unfortunately it was filthy. No educators introduced themselves besides the lady doing the tour. It wasn’t very warming. The music being played in the toddler room was so loud I actually couldn’t hear what the lady was saying. There was a child climbing up on chairs and no one was watching or removing the child from this situation. Personally I wouldn’t recommend this centre.

I honestly cannot fault this daycare they are like family my son absolutely loves being there. I've never come across a place quite like it if I knew when my daughter was small she would have gone also. Thanks all appreciate.
I love the fact it’s family operated, friendly helpful staff. Management team are always willing to help and the educators are amazing with my daughter. She loves going there every day.
