My daughter loves it there!! Family operated

I love the fact it’s family operated, friendly helpful staff. Management team are always willing to help and the educators are amazing with my daughter.

Management at this childcare are two faced, unprofessional and disorganised. I sent three children to this centre for all of 3 months and had nothing but trouble. The staff themselves are lovely and doing there best but when a team has management suffocating them and spiralling out of control it makes it very difficult. If your child has asthma don't assume management will pass the action plan to their educators go around their procedures and issue it to their room yourself. Their staff smoke in the carpark and return to caring for young children without work place health and safety intervention lowering the risks to those children. Do NOT use their after school care bus service - this is an unsafe service due to lack of supervision and control of children. I could say more but you get the picture. If you have any other options at all for your children I recommend proceeding with them - if I had a crystal ball I would have done everything in my power to avoid sending my children here. Hindsight is a wonderful thing.
