Absolutely amazing can not fault all the staff are friendly and welcoming and always great with a smile the care for my little on is next level and the bond that she has made with the team makes her feel safe and loves going and that’s because they love what they do and it shows I would but my little one anywhere else

This kindy, granted started off rough but since being taken over by the new director Jacynta it is incredible. The staff, are now consistent and absolutely lovely. My daughter adores every educator even the ones not in her room! And that says a lot. Academically, my child is also doing fantastic.

What a great daycare. Friendly staff. Excellent communication. Highly recommend.

My child has been attending there for a while and he loves it and the educators are wonderful and supportive. Would recommend this centre for anyone !

I loved my tour through the centre. Victoria was very accomodating to all my questions. I have a child with extra health needs and the staff never batted an eyelid when I mentioned them. He comes home very happy and tells me about the friends he has made. Thankyou little locals for making my son feel safe. P.s I need to get some of the recipes because my son always talks about how yummy the food is.

My 2 Children attend and have absolutely thrived since being there. My youngest child has some severe allergies and the centre has been more than accommodating to my requests to keep him safe. The level of communication is above standard and I feel completely comfortable leaving my children in the educators care. They are always welcoming and engaging to me and my children. Highly recommend this centre to anyone looking for childcare!

Picked son up saw him being hit and punched by other kids while workers did nothing also could not explain to me why it happened. They only fed him once at 11am when he went till 5pm. They also charged 300 in overdrawn fees when told to stop they charged almost 100 on 3 occassions. This is a very uncaring bad place yo bring your child. Very bad exp and noone could explain anything. Disgusting from adults. My son is also autistic.

Please AVOID this centre if you want your child to actually be cared for! From the get go they were UNORGANISED. They were a brand new centre when we enrolled so gave them the benefit of the doubt but this didn’t improve… HIGHEST STAFF TURNOVER I’ve ever seen within a centre, including changing centre director 4 times within ONE year. Crazy. Barely greeted from staff at front desk, but they are happy to gossip amongst themselves about other staff etc. Very unprofessional. TENSION throughout the centre. Not good vibes at all so I would not trust my kid to be there if they were too young to communicate with you. Luckily my child can speak up and could tell me everything. Heard many horror stories from staff who used to work here also, which I wish could be publicly posted everywhere so that the people with children in this centre could know what’s happened! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Amazing nurturing staff that really get to know the children and what they need to settle in. My two children have been here a week and they are loving the warm inviting centre, so many educators go the extra mile to see if they are okay and need anything. Not to mention the chef is awesome and provides a variety of options for the children to eat. We love little locals.

Wouldn't send my children back here under this new management even if you paid me! The new management at this centre seems cares more about the money from the children than the actual children in my opinion. You can feel the tension when you walk into the rooms like the educators feel on edge or something, maybe scared who knows. The longer term staff are amazing and would love to leave my kids with them but the management ruins the centre. The staff are out of ratio most days due to the rooms being too full. Have overheard staff sometimes have to cover their own 10 minute and half hour breaks which would clearly leave rooms out of ratio even more. Most of the staff already look over worked or about to cry by 8-9am. The children's story parks are rarely updated, the most you usually get is daily photos due to lack of time or staff or both. No individual learning plans are being done/updated due to short staffing. For being one of the most expensive daycare in Ipswich you would expect them to have the staff to get your children's items done and updated through programming time but they don't because they currently have a high staff turn over.
