I go to the same school wonderful experience love it!
Middle Ridge state school is the best school
Great school, many great teachers, and they all cared. I love the school and it still brings back memories to this day. With the occasional pizza day, or even a doughnut day, it was always fun. Miss the school, and most of the teachers 😅 (most is the key word there)
I didn't even come to this school, why am I reviewing it man?
Amazing its very well planned aswell my kids love this school
Middle Ridge State School is overall an amazing school. Yes, there isn't a whole load of money, as it is such a big school and is a government school, BUT it makes up for this through the excellent staff, education, opportunities and friendliness! I graduated there about 5 years ago and now attend a private school... and to be honest, middle ridge provided a much better learning environment then my private one. Middle Ridge also sets their students in grade 6 up for high school through class rotations and books swaps. All the MRSS kids that went to my private high school were very prepared in comparison to all the other new students. They have loads of fun camps and reward those students who deserve rewards for good behavioural efforts through treat days and camps. The parents on the P n C are kind and are eager to help, although it would be nice if more parents got involved. It is overall an amazing school, and any student who goes there is extremely lucky and fortunate!
As a student I used to go to this school and personally, it wasn't all that bad. We had the occasional pizza day for a lunch break and the other occasional hot chips day. The rules seemed kind of unjust, as there was no scale of punishment level, it was simply all the same, just a difference in days. The camps we went on were fun, just a bit to expensive for what they were worth, still giving a good experience. The teachers really play a part in your education as with any school, however it still is within education qld guidelines. I had access to many resources during my 7 years at this school and they were, decent. With most science resources on the verge of breaking or broken already, the written or typed resourced dirty and the laminating coming apart. Still, the teachers did go the extra mile a lot to help us with our work and learning, with some pushing me and my friends on occasion to the verge of a mental breakdown (My grade 6 teacher of 2021) All in all, on the 29/12/2021 (The 20th day after graduation) as I'm writing this I'm remembering all the good memories with my friends I had there. As a final note, this school is pretty good. If you don't count Ms Walsh
