I attended this school for 7 years, and it was okay. I was a leader in Year 6 and the staff leaders couldn’t care less about the Year 6 leaders and it seemed that the senior school leaders were much more important. It felt like we didn’t even have a role, only the two school captains got to do the most and the rest of the group did nothing but help with the assemblies. We didn’t get a say about anything, so all of the leaders agreed that it was pretty useless having a ‘role’. Overall, most teachers were fine but the school is very unorganised. The current principal and Donna Shirley are the only ones that have made an actual impact upon the students and how the school is run and I would say the most interactive principals yet. I would recommend but be aware of some teachers because it feels like they couldn’t care less about anything.
