Sparrow Early Learning Bray Park

Worst centre ever, kids constantly getting sick from other child’s, letting sick kids with runny nose stay at the centre, cancelled enrolment and still charging fees after 2 months, child didn’t attend centre for weeks and didn’t bother check their check attendance record and no refund; made complains to head office and head office don’t want to deal with issues.

What can I say about sparrow, my son has been going there going on 3 years now, everyone of his teachers has worked and guided my son with so much patience, his teacher now has by far been the best thing to happen to him I'm glad she is guiding him before he starts school. My daughter has been going to sparrow for 3 years and has a new health issue pop up every week, sparrow are so accommodating and helpfully with every aspect of her health. Both my kids love sparrow and you can tell all the stuff are loving caring guiding teacher. I couldn't ask for a better bunch of ladies to help with both my kids journeys. The director Dee is also amazing she will help in anyway possible and is there for support no matter big or small. It's going to be a sad day when both my kids have to leave but I'm glad they got to spend it at sparrow.

The ladies at sparrow are very welcoming and feel like family to both our little boys. The centre is a very attentive and well presented facility. The play space created for the children is very well thought out and both our boys just love to be outside. Definitely recommend sparrow to all families looking for care.

There aren’t enough words to express how amazing Sparrow Early Learning Bray Park is. The whole team here have been so welcoming and loving to my child, it’s so easy and calming to leave him there each day knowing he’s happy and being well looked after. They really do treat not only the children as family but the parents and caregivers also. Would recommend this place to anyone searching for a day care.

My little one has been going here for 2 years now, as an ex educator myself I had high standards looking into care for my son and am so happy I chose Sparrow Bray Park. Wonderful and attentive management, caring and loving staff and great program opportunities. Highly recommend sending your little one!

My daughter doesn't go here anymore but I just wanted to say how lovely this centre is. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming and provide a fantastic level of care. I love that they have large outdoor play spaces and the kids do lots of interactive activities.

Staff are always friendly and happy, always have smiles on there face drop off and pick up and willing to help when needed. They have made my son welcome and he loves all the staff and the environment, I love picking him up and watching how happy he is before he sees that I am there :)

We’re only fairly new here but feel like we have been here for years. Staff are very friendly and centre manager is absolutely beautiful.

Our son and daugther (now in school) spent a few years at Sparrow daycare. The staff are great and were always cheerfull and supportive of our kids needs. They provided lots of cuddles if needed as well as taylored care, such as skipping naps when we asked them to. Our kids were gradually and carefully transitioned along the age groups as they grew older. I'll be sending our third child to this daycare when i return to work.
