I have worked with children for 22 years in several roles: ranging from educational roles, leadership and mentoring through to operations management. I have also completed roles supporting children’s learning in both the primary school environment and high school environment. But where I feel most valued and at home is in the centre director role.

I believe the first 5 year are incredibly powerful in forming a lifelong love of learning and working in ECEC allows me to contribute to creating a pedagogy that will make the difference in our children’s early years.

I believe each child and family have different and unique needs and through extending an open door policy and encouraging centre visits to get a feel for our environment and see the inspired learning that occurs every day!
