We’ve only been going to Tadpoles at Pacific Paradise for a couple of months but I’ve been really impressed with the level of care factor and engagement every staff member has with both myself and my little one. Highly recommend!

A well run, clean, welcoming and fun environment.  Our little one loves attending here and receives wonderful care and love from all the educators.

I'm making this review on behalf of my 23 year old unemployed daughter whom has been reduced to tears for the last 4 days while the Tadpoles Early Learning Centres admin "investigate her claim"
After a split custody arrangement broke down with my granddaughters father, Tadpoles ELC refused to cancel his 8 days per month commitment which was defaulted to her expenses and further informed her that a 1 month period of notice to cancel is required and will not be waived.
My daughter was bullied into an arrangement by the manager of the branch to authorise direct-debit $100 off the "$500 debit in question" per week until the areas had been dissolved.
Last week on her $400 fort nightly parenting payment week, they accessed her account and overdrew it for the entire $500. This rendered her completely broke and over drawn by $100 & leaving us without food, rent or fuel to take my granddaughter to preschool & we now face eviction with no way of catching up rent.
She was told ( by the Tadpoles ELC accounts department in NSW 4 days ago that they would refund $400 of the debit & the they were very sorry for the misunderstanding.
3 days ago she was informed that an investigation was being held to confirm the mistake.
Today we have been informed that the Tadpoles site manager has denied making the $100 weekly payment arrangement with my daughter and that no documentation had been lodged by the manager with their accounts department to confirm the agreement.
I am in no position to help as I am now a disability pensioner with a spinal condition recovering from cancer and a heart attack 9 months ago which required stent implants.
I was one of the 28 television transmitter broadcast engineers for Australia until a few years ago but now am going to loose the home I have rented for 3 years.
Where is the human face of kindness, decency and understanding in the Tadpoles ELC organisation?
