High turnover of staff 25 to 30 every 3 months. Open days are a very negative experience,  they tap people on the shoulder to get them to leave in front of everyone if you don't yell out answers over the top of everyone else,  they also make complete strangers hug and cuddle each other (a very strange thing to do).
Maybe the people at the top need to take a look at themselves, stop this group hiring thing that clearly isn't working and sit down with each individual like a normal business does.

My family absolutely loved the carinbundi community!

Wonderful staff who care deeply about the people they support with administration that understand the NDIS and help customers through the process. Highly recommended.
