My career in Early Learning

I have 16 years' experience working with all ages from nursery right through to kindergarten. I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood and Education.

I have worked many different roles throughout my time in the Early Childhood industry before taking on the role of Centre Director.

My Early Learning Values

As an Early Childhood Professional as well as a mum myself, I understand the importance of building strong partnerships with families and shared decision making.

I am passionate about working alongside our families, communities and other sectors to ensure the best possible outcome for all children.

I believe in providing a warm, welcoming and secure environment for children to learn and develop as well as providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for families.

I believe both families and children should feel a sense of belonging and provide input into the Centre and our programs.
