Milestones Early Learning The Lakes

This centre is truly amazing we wish we knew about it sooner!! All of the educators genuinely want to be there and adore all the kids which definitely shows in how they are cared for day in day out. They listen to your requests and go above and beyond always! They have just renovated all of the kids yards/playgrounds within the last few weeks too. I wouldn't put my girl anywhere else now, I've been recommending this centre to everyone I know!

I Highly recommend Milestones the Lakes, my son absolutely adores his educators, and has made some little friends to! I have loved watching how they interact and teach him new things everyday. My son also has multiple allergies and the centre has been very good to accommodate for them. They supply everything your children will need for the day including all meals and nappies if needed, as well as a safe space for your child to grow, learn and be nurtured

Highly recommended. My son had been attending Early Learning since he was just 8months old . He is now 4 and is such a confident and intelligent little boy thanks to all the quality time he has spent at the centre. Super amazing for time poor families as all food and nappies ect is supplied.

I turned up early to pick my 11 month old son up one day, and found him asleep on the floor in the nursery playroom (like on the hard floor, no mattress or anything, under a speaker playing music and an aircon!) When I asked an educator about it she said he had been there about half an hour.
Needless to say I was pretty shocked and took him out of the centre the next day.

Sure the girls are lovely, but I had zero faith in competence after this. Surely there are policies that state they have to provide a comfortable, safe sleeping environment for babies...Why do we provide sheets for our babies to be left to fall asleep on the floor ? The room was air conditioned and he had no blanket/sleep sac etc) Why not move him to the cot or at least a floor mattress?

Centre manager was apologetic which was lovely and she said she would look into the incident. However I never heard back with any explanation or assurance that it wouldn’t not happen again to other babies.
Lost trust in the centre because of this. Make sure your asking where your babies are sleeping and give them sleeping routines.
Also after I removed him from the centre, the director informed me of a 4 week cancellation notice and fee! I had to contact the head office and district manager to have that removed.
