Parent Reviews
We were really disappointed with unicampus. The teachers were nice, but the director was awful.
She never listened to our concerns and always seemed annoyed when we asked questions. We felt belittled and disrespected.
One time, we met with her to talk about our issues and she actually rolled her eyes at us! It was so unprofessional.
But what really shocked us was how she treated her staff. We saw her yell at and belittle teachers in front of us and the kids. It was humiliating for them and created a really uncomfortable atmosphere.
The teachers did a good job with the kids.
I'm really upset! My kid's been sent home sick a bunch of times and it seems like the centre's a breeding ground for germs. The staff doesn't seem to care or know what to do when kids are sick. I've seen kids with fever and vomit just wandering around like nothing's wrong. And the cleaning? Forget about it. They don't do squat to keep the place clean. I've talked to the management and they just blow me off. I wouldn't send my worst enemy's kid to this place. They need to get their act together and start caring about the kids' health.
Bloody awful place now . It's been going down hill for awhile. At one point was a good place but now it's just like all the others.
I'm extremely disappointed and concerned about the care my child received at this centre. The staff seems overwhelmed and understaffed, leading to a lack of attention and supervision. My child has come home multiple times with unexplained injuries and unclear explanations from the staff.
The facilities are also in need of improvement, with outdated toys and equipment, and a general lack of cleanliness. The communication from the centre is poor, with little to no updates on my child's daily activities or any issues that may have arisen.
Would not recommend. Dirty. Used nappies on the ground around the bin outside.
Not a pleasant experience.
What a lovely homely feel centre, with a wonderful outdoor space. Friendly, welcoming staff with a play based program.
Comparatively to other centres they are very expensive, when you consider they do not offer food or anything else.
Nappies are provided in the baby room but only if your child can wear the cheap ones they provide.
So if your child needs a different brand because their ones cause a rash, you will need to provide them and are offered no discount.
It is the same with nappy creams, sunscreen and insect repellent .
The refrigerators for the children are always dirty and overstocked with lunch boxes.
I like the fact that it is very play based, but play based should not mean dirty, I do not expect clean children at the end of the day but if a provide 5 changes of clothing i would hope there would be one set left so my child did not have to wear muddy clothing in the car.
