My name is Michelle, and I am the Centre Director at Goodstart Townsville.
I have my diploma in Children’s Services and am studying my diploma in Community Services. I have worked in the childcare sector for the last 15 years.
I have experience with all age groups and have a passion for child protection and safety. I love being a part of a welcoming team that prioritises connection and relationships with children and families.

Goodstart Early Learning Townsville has been a lovely community to be a part of over the past year. A well run centre with friendly, dedicated, caring and responsive educators and teachers. It also offers a wonderful Kindergarten program. My children loved attending here.
The centre is amazing! The rooms are clean, the children are happy and communication is great. It feels like a family not just a daycare. My son is learning new things every week with ideas the educators have come up with from his likes and needs. Very big on story park lots of information and super sustainable!
My son has been going for just short of 4 years and he loves it! The centre is clean, the staff are all fantastic and he really enjoys the meals they provide.
