Hi, I’m Elise Smith the Centre Director at Goodstart Early Learning Innisfail. I have been in the Early Learning Industry for 14years and have a few years’ experience in the Disability Industry as an Administrator, office Manager and Support Worker.
My belief is to have a welcoming and safe environment for Families, Children and the greater community. To do this is to embed the culture and experience of each of the families that enter the Centre into the programme and the way we teach.
My goal in life is to support children and adults to express their rights and to be an advocate for those who may not have the capacity or ability to do so.
