Hello, my name is Ashlea Francis and I am the centre director at Goodstart Early Learning Cairns. I have worked in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector for 5 years, 4 of which have been with Goodstart. I hold my Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and have previously been an Educational Leader prior to becoming the Director here at Goodstart Cairns.
Working in Early Childhood Education gives me the opportunity to follow my passion of delivering high quality educational programs. Our vision for Goodstart Cairns is for families to come together as one and be a part of our community to allow us to offer the best start in children’s lives.
