We moved interstate from Victoria 12 months ago when my 4 year old Daughter was in Kinder. We moved to Redlynch and enrolled her at Sanctuary Early Learning in the Kinder program. Since then she has developed new friendships, bonded with all the educators and loves the centre. She is excited to goto Kinder each day and in the transition to her going off to school in 2025 the staff could not have been more helpful. Very grateful to have this high level of service provided to us in our community and if you’re thinking of sending your child/children here I would highly recommend. Everyone is very welcoming and it’s feels like home. Thank you Niky and staff!
Great staff and awesome facilities
We're disappointed in a lot of things, but to sum up their staff members lack communication and always work precessing was not made it.
When we started here, their manager
didn't give us good guidelines (play day with parents before started)
Nursery and next stage group are tangles. Not even made it good age stage.
They didn’t update photo regularly so parents couldn’t check what my one did today.
When I was picked her up it was very smelly poo in shes nappies but no one change it.. it was many times too..
I’m not recommended this place just beautiful place that’s all.

My daughter started at Sanctuary in January this year, in the 6 months that’s she’s been in this centre her goals and targets have been reached early. The educators throughout the centre are all very welcoming of all their children and parents. We are greeted with a very cheerful good morning when we walk into the centre that brightens your day. My daughter loves all of her educators that are in the nursery with her which is always a fantastic sign. They are on the ball with their communication between parents and educators. 100% recommend this daycare to anyone looking in the Redlynch Region.
Unfortunately this centre did not work out for my son who was in the nursery, the lack of organisation, care and communication from most of the staff was obvious from the beginning, with no signs of improvement over the following weeks. The centre itself was new and beautiful but it couldn’t make up for the multiple mishaps / lack of care which occurred during his stay. I did offer to discuss this further upon my cancellation email and offer my feedback so that they could try and improve in the future but they weren’t interested in talking which I think also speaks volumes if they weren’t even interested to know why we were leaving.

Wow 5 stars really isn't enough. I have 3 little boys who attend Sanctuary Early learning at Redlynch and from the first moment I walked in the front doors to have a look at the centre I felt like this was home for my boys.
It's a brand new centre so amazing resources but what makes it so amazing is the Management team, Brenna and Bree and every single educator who make an awesome team.
My boys have thrived at Sanctuary and recommend Centre highly.
Oh and can't forget the 5 star meals from Chef Adrian
