Great Centre with great staffs and outdoors. I love how my kid has developed her confidence and social since going there 😊

I came through for a tour recently and was shocked and disappointed in the lack of supervision. The director was very friendly, welcoming and amazing, she showed me through the centre and took time explaining the in's and out's of daily routines. The centre is modern, clean and tidy, the outdoor area was stunning. Unfortunately when I saw children sleeping unsupervised in the montessori room while the other children and room staff were outside.

I highly recommend Westcare Early Learning Centre!! High quality Montessori equipment as well as a stable education for children.
Beautiful centre with such wonderful educators that are willing to provide their support and comfort to each and every child. Alongside ELC’s wonderful generous director that runs the centre and makes all the magic happen. It’s a delight to be apart of such a great community of people at Westcare Early Learning Centre.

Absolutely appalled with the way we’ve been dealt with. The tour at the centre was fine as the director spent time in explaining and showing us around. Although we were not too convinced of her explanation about the benefits of beings in a Montessori as opposed to a normal child care. We still thought we’d give it a go as we are new to all this and so is the centre. My husband gave his contact details to the director for her to send the form out via email. Obviously him and I wanted to take some time to discuss a few things over so I didn’t check my email the same day. After a day or so I checked my emails but there was nothing from them so obviously I called their landline which kept ringing two times in a row. This is quiet bizarre on multiple levels considering we called when the centre was open (around 5pm). My husband then called a mobile number mentioned on their brochure and spoke with Rachel who although recognised him and almost immediately realised that she had forgotten to send the email out and promised me she will do it first thing next morning. One strange thing she did was ask “are you sure you want to go ahead? “ to which we  replied yes, of course. But later it just kept bothering us and created a doubt in our heads.
We had that conversation with her almost 6 days ago and still nothing from her. No emails, no calls....absolutely nothing.
We are definitely not sending our child to this ELC but I wonder with such level of irresponsible behaviour why would someone entrust their little ones with them.

Westcare ELC is an amazing centre, with High quality Educators that go way beyond their role to make every single child feel special. A great community. Highly recommended!! 😀
