Goodstart Early Learning Prospect

The center is very nice and beautifully made, and it is neat and clean. The director and educators there are all very kind. I had a very wonderful experience.

The centre was my little Emma's second home for more than 4 years. She loved everyday going to childcare. All the educators are amazing, friendly and really know each child. Emma is starting her Reception today and is so ready thanks for her educators' wonderful work preparing her so well for it. They learn by playing so it is great fun. Thanks the Goodstart Prospect team for providing my little one with a great start!

Goodstart have been a part of our family for nearly six years. During that time they have guided and cared our children, nurtured our family values and supported us as parents. There are many things that make this centre special, but for me the most important thing is the genuine love and care that Helena and her educators have for the children and their families. My children have been loved, kept safe and guided to grow up to be good people, in the same way that we do at home.

A welcoming and outstanding centre. On our orientation day, I noticed that the director, Helena, knew every child and also every parent by name. A very caring team of educators who are excellent at looking after little people.

Both our boys have attended from Nursery room to Kindy room and we are so happy with how well looked after they are. The staff are so friendly and always there to support and help them. Would highly recommend.

My daughter has been at attending Goodstart Prospect for nearly 12 months now and I cannot speak highly enough of the centre and staff. My daughter absolutely loves her days at daycare and the centre has contributed so much to her learning and development, including but not limited to - socialising, independence, play group, talking and putting sentences together. The centre is always bright, clean and the staff are always happy and bright. The regular updates on storypark keep me updated with her daily learning, keeping me involved in every step of her development. The level of care is above and beyond at this centre, and I cannot thank the team enough for knowing my daughter is well cared for and her needs are met for when we are not there.

I cannot speak highly enough of Goodstart Early Learning @ Prospect! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and kindness from the staff, who clearly love what they do. Helena the Centre manager does an amazing job making sure the centre is bright, cheerful, and always clean, which immediately put our family ease. Our 3 children absolutely loves attending this centre and has made many friends. I have noticed a significant improvement in their social skills since attending. The centre provides a wide range of age-appropriate activities and resources, which keeps the children engaged and learning. The staff are always available to answer any questions or concerns I may have, which I truly appreciate. I also appreciate the level of communication the centre provides. 2 of our children have allergies and the staff are always on the ball to make sure they keep this front of mine. I receive regular updates and photos of my child's day, which helps me feel connected and involved in their daily routine. The staff are approachable and open to feedback, which is very important to me as a parent. Overall, I highly recommend this Goodstart Prospect to any parent looking for a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for their child. The care and attention provided by Helena and here staff are exceptional, and I am grateful to have found such a wonderful place for my child. From happy father.

Over the past 8 years our 3 children have attended Goodstart ELC Prospect. They have all begun in the nursery room and progressed right through to kindy level. The director Helena and staff have always gone above and beyond supporting our children’s needs and development. They are attentive, caring and supportive. Two of my children had allergies and all staff are aware and on high alert. They will always check and call when necessary which has been very reassuring. My two girls and son always come home happy, smiling and eager to share their day at ELC with me. The educators follow the Early Learning framework principles and I especially look forward to photos and daily summaries of the kids activities. They are in a safe and caring environment where they can thrive as young individuals. This in turn allows me to head off to work knowing my kids are in safe hands.
