I've worked at Goodstart Prospect, Prospect Road for 10 years in a variety of roles, and for the last four years I've been an Assistant Director.

My philosophy as an Early Childhood Leader is to provide a welcoming, nurturing, engaging, and stimulating environment, offering each child the opportunity to learn, play and grow. By providing a safe and nurturing environment we will help all children to develop a strong sense of identity and belonging, while catering for their individual needs and interests.

I am committed to extend on my own professional development to ensure I am up to date with current practices and having a strong knowledge of what is best for our children and always striving for excellence.
